Here's What You Do
In a small bowl stir together first three ingredients. In a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Gently stir in first mixture. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or raw vegetables for dipping. Serves 6.

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red onion

- 1/2 cup finely diced Bar-S extra lean hickory ham slices
- 8-oz shredded pepper jack cheese
