My mother found Daddy Hinkle's Original in a grocery store in a small town in Minnesota several years ago. She gave me a set and I have used nothing else since that time. We were back in that small town at Christmas time and my brother from California cleaned off the shelf of every set they had.

If my husband and I go out for supper, I never eat steak (except for an occasional prime rib) as there is no restaurant that can make a steak better than we can at home with Daddy Hinkle's. It is the best marinade out there. I have given several away to people who can't believe how good the steak is that we grill. You now have several more loyal customers (my boss included!).

I use Daddy Hinkle's marinade on everything! Hamburgers, Steaks, Vegetables, etc.. Daddy Hinkle's gives the food such a wonderful flavor and taste. I will not use anything else except DH. I am so glad I finally went to the website, now I can just order from there.

Hello! I absolutely LOVE your original marinade product! My brother tried it first and told me about it, now I am totally sold on it! It tastes great on Everything (pork, chicken and fish, so far).

It had gotten so that I would buy every single package of your original marinade (that's all they stocked at HEB) every time I went grocery shopping. When the store stopped stocking it about a month ago, I panicked until I looked at one of the packages and saw that I could order it online. It's a good thing, too, because my brother was absolutely livid when he saw that I was the one buying up the small stock level they kept there. He would come by my house and take several packages from me. We almost got in an argument one day when he tried to take what I thought was the last package I had in the pantry. Lucky for him, I remembered that I had hidden a few from him. (smile)

Yesterday I thought I'd give the original combo a try for the first time. I had picked up a couple of Angus Rib eyes for my roommate and myself. I let the steaks sit in the marinade for about half the day. The first bite very nearly brought tears to my eyes -- it was the best steak I had ever had. I will never use anything else. Good show!

I have been using Daddy HInkle's for 4 years now. I bought my first in the Albertsons store in Owasso. I introduced it to some of my family members and they enjoy it too. I will be sending some to Kansas to my brother this week, because he ran out. Delicious and nutritious!

My son and I had tried Daddy Hinkle's at our local Dillons store during sample times. I used a pack of Original on a Flat Iron steak yesterday and my wife, who is not normally a steak eater, asked for more!! She told me it was the best steak I had ever made! Now I have to buy bigger steaks! Aw shucks!

We had steaks marinated in Daddy Hinkle's when we visited friends in Florida. Now, we don't use anything else and don't order steaks at restaurants anymore because ours are so much better!

Daddy Hinkle's is the BEST!!! My family loves it and puts it on everything. In fact, we keep it on the kitchen table instead of salt and pepper. Thanks Daddy.

I have tried many, and I mean many marinades and rubs looking for that perfect steak taste. I picked up a pack of the Original meat marinade. Finally, my quest is over. I have found the absolute best steak marinade I have ever tasted. Thanks Daddy Hinkle's!!

Best Marinade I have ever tasted.

I first started grilling about two yrs ago and I never could get anything to turn out quite right until last year when I picked up a package of the original blend. What amazed me was my roommate actually liked my steaks (she had said previously that she didn't like anything I grilled). Since then I grill out every weekend. My parents ask me to come over and do their grilling, and everyone who has tried anything I grill using this absolutely awesome marinade has loved it. I recommend this marinade to everyone I talk to.

Originally from the Midwest, I've been missing great tasting steak for years now. My folks found DH in their local market down in the Ozarks (no longer stocked, much to their chagrin) and sent a set of original marinade and rub. The results were amazing, mouthwatering, and the taste I've been waiting for years to find! I'm using it on everything. I've even experimented with my old recipes and they're now even better. Try using some Kentucky Bourbon with DH marinade overnight on NY Strips. OMG! Don't don't don't ever stop selling this product!

Use it on ANYTHING!!! I put it on white rice and my kids LOVE it!!! Meat, veggies, ANYTHING is better with Daddys!!!!

I tried Daddy Hinkle's marinade on my cube steak. My husband always complained about them being so dry. Well, that is no longer the case now that I use DH marinade on them before quick frying. Not only were they moist and tasty. They were so very tender that we were able to eat them on a sandwich with no problem.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY the best ever! We love the hot - and it's great on chicken too. Can't live without it!

I won the 4th of July American Legion BBQ contest on July 3rd, 08, in Henry, Il. using your rub and marinade. I wet the pork chops with your liquid instant marinade, rubbed a few drops of hot sesame seed oil into chops, and rubbed your dry marinade into the chops about 3 hours before the contest.

I was awarded first place--a plaque and an apron and was the first woman to win the contest, which was in its fifth year. My chops were served at a pork chop dinner and the judges and people eating my chops said they had never tasted a better chop. thank you for helping me win a contest that seemed elusive to me.

I lived in the Cleveland Ok area for a while and came across Daddy Hinkle's at the Homeland in Cleveland. I picked up a pack of Original Single Serve Packet marinate just to try on my chicken because my chicken always turned out so dry. Grilling hasn't tasted the same since. I marinate my chicken (and stake for that matter) in Daddy Hinkle's Original marinate for a max of 24 hours and min of 4 hours before grilling and I can promise you the chicken and stake are so juicy and tasty. My family loves my chicken, it has become a staple for our OU tailgate parties. I'll never use another marinate ever again unless it has the name Daddy Hinkle's on it.

I recently picked up the Onion & Garlic, the Cumin & Oregano and the Spicy Pepper All Natural Sugar Free Sea Salt Blend at the Tulsa State Fair and I used them in my Venison Chili. The flavor in that bowl of chili was unbelievable. I also use these new spices on my chicken and stake as a dry rub 30 minutes before grilling, you can't beat the flavor!

I got my first sample of Daddy Hinkle's after a root canal given by one of the grandsons! Despite the odd beginning, Daddy Hinkle's is clearly the best I've ever tried. When we moved from OK to Salt Lake City and discovered that nobody here makes good barbecue, we started ordering on line, then talked a local store into carrying it. There is absolutely nothing else like it - nothing is as good or as easy.

I don't know what you put in it to make it so damn Good, But after trying it once I went out and bought all they had on the shelf of Wal-Mart.(31 packages of onion and garlic ) Its the best we've ever had. Keep up the good work.

My first taste of Daddy Hinkles was when my mother in law fixed up steaks at Grand Lake while I was dating my husband. That was 9 years ago. She sent us packages of DH after we got married and moved across the country (Thanks to the Army), we got most all of our fellow servicemen hooked on DH. Then we moved home and every year someone in the family orders DH for my hubby for Christmas. When you check my fridge you won’t find any steak sauce because you don’t need it, you check my spice rack and won’t find any grilling spice except DH. My family is so set on DH steaks that we quit eating out all together. My dad brags to everyone we serve the best steak in a 100 miles. So much that he brought the boss out to the house and we fixed him a steak. He has ate at some of the best steak houses in the country and said we serve the best and he wasn’t joking about it. He has twice offered us the money to start a steakhouse with. We love the products and will always be faithful customers. Thank you so much for such a great product.

I first discovered DH while shopping for a good steak sauce. That was 2 years ago. This is the most amazing stuff! I've used it on Steaks, Chicken and Pork. I used it on these beautiful butterfly pork steaks and you would just die for it! I am finding new ways to use it everyday. I'm fixin' to try it out on my turkey legs. But, problem is: I'm addicted to the stuff and I panic when I can't find it in the stores. Luckily, the folks at DH are just as wonderful as their product. I called them to find out where I could find it. And, I needed it like NOW! The person I talked to said I could order it right over the phone and took my order. I have since, located it in another store but I know where I can get it, if they run out. Great to know when panic strikes again.
